1. Programs Manager
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs to meet student needs and organizational goals.

Liaise with faculty and staff to coordinate program delivery, ensuring alignment with curricular goals.
-
Monitor program budgets and manage resources effectively.
-
Conduct regular assessments to gauge program success and areas for improvement.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
-
Experience in educational program planning and administration.
-
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
2. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
-
Ensure compliance with accounting and legal regulations.
-
Manage financial reporting to stakeholders.
-
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting. the organization
Qualification
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Master's degree is a plus.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
-
Extensive experience in financial management and accounting.
3. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure the organization runs efficiently.
-
Implement operational best practices and oversee project management.
-
Develop and implement growth strategies.
-
Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
-
Proven experience as COO or relevant role.
-
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
4. Director for Student Services
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee all aspects of student life, including counseling, health services, and extracurricular activities.
-
Ensure services meet the needs of students and enhance their educational experience.
-
Develop policies and procedures for student services.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Experience in student affairs or services.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Director for Admission and Recruitment
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and admissions.
-
Oversee the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.
-
Represent the school at recruitment events.
-
Analyze recruitment and admissions data to inform strategy.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
-
Experience in admissions, enrollment, or educational marketing.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Director for Logistics and Supplies
Responsibilities:
-
Manage the procurement, distribution, and storage of school supplies and equipment.
-
Ensure that all logistics operations adhere to laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
-
Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Master's degree is a plus.
-
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
7. Marketing and Communication Specialist
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.
-
Manage social media platforms and create content that promotes the institution’s vision.
-
Coordinate with media and handle requests for interviews, statements, and articles
Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
-
Experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong writing and editing skills
8. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
-
Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
-
Manage office supplies, stock and place orders
Qualification
-
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
-
Proven admin or assistant experience.
-
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
